Hi, I’m Christina

My friends call me Kina :) I am a country girl from upstate NY living in Dallas, Texas. I also love night’s out in the city and boujie brunch dates with the girls.

I love being out on the water, tropical weather, exploring new places, and spending time with my fur baby, LOLA. I adopted her seven years ago, and I can’t remember what life was like without her.

I still utilize my love for coaching and personal energy management. In a part-time capacity, I provide workshops that businesses and organizations hire me for and private coaching sessions.

My motto for life, which has kept me going through the toughest of times, is “Never stop creating what’s next.” I remind myself that some of my best days are ahead of me, and I rely on HOPE (Hold On Pain Ends) to help me stay resilient and full of faith.

Hi, I’m Julie

I recently reignited my love for my Creator, and that journey has taught me the power of love and forgiveness. Now, I strive to give both in the same boundless way they’ve been shown to me—with grace and an open heart.

I love soaking up the sun at the beach, throwing together last-minute dinner parties, wandering into the unknown, or curling up with my yellow lab (who is, without a doubt, my furry soulmate). Inspiration isn’t something I look for; it has a funny way of sneaking up on me in the most unexpected moments.

I work in finance by day, am finishing my bachelor’s degree, and have been a bartender far longer than I thought I would be.

I recently finished my first marathon, a milestone that reminds me how far I’ve come, and I’m proud to say I’ve been sober for 3 ½ years.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, we’re all just trying to make sense of this wonderfully chaotic world. Life rarely goes as planned, and I’ve learned to embrace the chaos with an open mind.

Somewhere in the imperfection—the moments we’d rather hide—I’ve discovered beauty, resilience, and grace.
